JPEG cannot preserve transparency. Transparent pixels are composited over the selected JPG background colour. WebP export is shown only when the browser actually produces WebP.

Privacy & compatibility

This tool uses browser-local Canvas processing. The base image and watermark do not need to be uploaded to MesraTools for this workflow. Very large images can be limited by browser/device memory. Animated inputs are treated as a still decoded frame in this initial version.
