Cue / Marker Interchange Exporter

Convert threshold-derived active segment boundaries into MesraTools JSON, CSV, or Audacity label-track text for transparent interchange.

Choose a browser-decodable audio file.

Interchange formats

JSON retains explicit sample rate, channels and marker fields. CSV is useful for spreadsheets and scripts. Audacity label-track text uses tab-separated start time, end time and label values that can be imported as a label track.

Important distinction

These are sidecar interchange files. Build 120 does not embed RIFF cue chunks, modify the original media file, create an Audacity project, or promise compatibility with every DAW.

Recommended workflow

Keep the original audio unchanged, export a sidecar marker file, import it into the target editor, verify the boundaries visually and by listening, then adjust as needed.

Privacy

The selected file is decoded and processed locally in the browser by this Build 120 tool; it is not intentionally uploaded to MesraTools.

Limitations

Silence and segment boundaries are threshold-derived editing evidence, not semantic chapters or speaker turns. Browser memory and codec support vary by device. Generated WAV/TAR/text files do not preserve every source metadata field.
