Audio EQ & Filters

Shape decoded audio with a bounded biquad filter chain and export a new 16-bit PCM WAV.

What this tool does

Build 108 uses a deterministic cascade of standard digital biquad sections: optional high-pass, fixed-frequency low shelf, parametric mid, fixed-frequency high shelf and optional low-pass.

Quality and limitations

This is a utility EQ/filter foundation, not a linear-phase equalizer, mastering EQ, dynamic EQ, analog-modelled processor or surgical spectrum editor. Strong boosts can create sample clipping; the result reports clipped samples after processing.

How to use it

Use small boosts/cuts first. High-pass filtering can reduce very low-frequency rumble, while low-pass filtering removes upper-band content. Keep cutoff frequencies below the file's Nyquist frequency. Repeated filtering can alter phase around filter transitions.

Privacy and metadata

Processing stays in your browser. Output is newly generated 16-bit PCM WAV; tags, artwork and codec-specific metadata are not preserved.
